For over 100 years, 4-H Canada has been one of the most highly respected positive youth development organizations in Canada. We have more than 350,000 alumni, 24,000 members and nearly 7,400 volunteers. 

Our goal is to help young Canadians “Learn To Do By Doing” in a safe, inclusive and fun environment. We believe in nurturing responsible, caring and contributing leaders who are committed to positively impacting their communities across Canada and around the world. 

Building responsible, caring and contributing young people who are empowered to be successful through our supportive structure is at the heart of everything we do at 4-H. From the programs we offer to the resources we provide, we are guided by our recipe for Positive Youth Development and driven by our Strategic Priorities. Under our four key Leadership Development Pillars, we are delivering impactful programming that is relevant to today’s youth.
